Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, The Ministry of Health (MOH) has asked us to maximize virtual visits as much as possible. This is to ensure the safety of our patients, staff and healthcare workers and provide you with an easy way to book appointments. Our clinic is offering virtual and phone care in addition to our normal in-person visits.

COVID-19 Signs and Symptoms:

  1. Do you or anyone you have had close contact with (including all household contacts) have a fever, new onset of cough, worsening chronic cough or difficulty breathing?
  2. Have you or anyone you have had close contact with travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?
  3. Do you have a confirmed case of COVID-19 or have you had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
  4. Do you or anyone you have had close contact with have any of the following symptoms?
  • Sore throat not related to other known causes or conditions (e.g. post nasal drip, gastroesophageal reflux)
  • Runny nose or nasal congestion not related to other known causes or conditions (e.g. allergies)
  • Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell not related to other known causes or conditions (e.g. nasal polyps or allergies)
  • Diarrhea not related to other known causes or conditions (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome, side effect of medication)
  • Abdominal pain that is persistent or ongoing not related to other known causes or conditions (e.g. menstrual cramps or gastroesophageal reflux disease)
  • Nausea/vomiting not related to other known causes or conditions (e.g. vomiting due to anxiety in children)​
