Office Updates
Changes in policies and procedures in response to COVID-19
- If you booked an appointment as a phone call or virtual visit, you do not need to physically come to our office.
- You may be assessed over the phone prior to scheduling an appointment
- Due to the majority of our staff working from home, you may receive a call from a private number.
- All patients in the office are required to wear a 3 layer mask that covers you mouth and nose.
While the province is ending its mask mandate on June 11th for health care organizations, SAFHT will continue to follow Public Health Ontario’s guidance and require all patients attending an appointment at one of our clinics to wear a mask. This policy allows our organization to continue to keep our most vulnerable patients safe, protect our team from COVID-19 and will reduce the risk of a COVID-19 outbreak impacting our ability to deliver patient care. We thank all our patients in advance for complying.
