COVID-19 Vaccine Booking for Patients ages 30 Plus (Newmarket)

Our Southlake Academic Family Health Team received a shipment of PFIZER COVID-19 vaccines for our 30 and older patient population and ran booster clinics in December 2021 - February 2022. At this time, our clinic will no longer be running any more COVID vaccine clinics. We recommend you visit your nearest community injection clinic or local pharmacy. Thank-you.
